Zachary McQuaid of Toronto, Canada was personally served with a Statement of Claim for defamation on January 14

Per Ontario rules, McQuaid failed to respond within 20 days, and was in legal default as of Feb. 5

Schoenberger falsely alleged that I was “impersonating a lawyer”
