Permutation tests for CCA, preprint online: arxiv.org/abs/2002.10046 with @ten_photos, Olivier Renaud, and Steve Smith. Not trivial as it seems, and invalid if there are confounds. Solutions are shown.
We are presenting a smaller set of analyses (but the full algorithm) at #OHBM2020, with @RenaudStat @fmrib_steve and @ten_photos.
