This is the last conversation I had with my grandfather before he passed last week.
Some might hear this and feel sadness. I hear it and feel hope. The hope of eternal life.

My grandpa knew that his life on earth was ending, but his faith in the One who conquered death meant his life in heaven was only beginning.
I share this because I want all of you to know that you can have this hope for yourself. You can know without a doubt where you’re going when your days on this earth come to an end.
The Bible says whoever confesses with their mouth and believes with their heart shall have eternal life in Jesus. That was my grandpa, and it’s me too. And I pray that it’s you as well.
I will miss my grandfather deeply but I know exactly where he is right now. And I have peace knowing I will be there with him, and the One who saved him one day.
