2/4. There is need for re-organisation of systems in place. We need hotline numbers that members of the public can call on for assistance. The sick will always rush to emergency centers in times of crisis unless there is alternative information readily available.
3/4. Dedicated ambulances with fully clad crew in protective gear should be in place to attend to suspected cases in their self quarantine environments or homes and move them to treatment centers. This way the sick would be given an alternative to going to their usual hospitals.
4/4. Protective clothing is in short supply the world over. There may be no country to import from soon. This is time for capacity building; capacity sustainable beyond this outbreak. Fabric manufacturing and tissue manufacturing companies can be assisted to make PPEs.
