This is definitely true for our agency.

Let me explain more below.

You can’t scale to hundreds of thousands of dollars per month with creatives alone. You also need to have the right systems and strategies in place. But having a team who can execute effective creatives for your campaigns can help you out in a really big way.
So let me tell you why by explaining to you the difference between:

Mike, solo eCommerce brand owner vs. our advertising agency

⭕ Mike, who does everything alone, can only create a few creatives.
🔴 Our agency has world-class creatives specialists who have the ability to make HUNDREDS of creatives per month for our clients.
⭕ Mike can only make static images using Paint/Canva.
🔴 Our team can illustrate, animate, and edit videos to make any kind of creative.
⭕ Mike can’t spend all his time conceptualizing and creating because he’s busy improving the other parts of his business (e.g. customer service, CRO, FB Ads, etc.).
🔴 Our team focuses on consistently conceptualizing and executing new creatives, angles, etc.
⭕ Mike isn’t able to make and test creatives fast, so his learning curve is slow.
🔴 We're constantly creating and testing new ads every day across multiple industries (and they’re also taking courses and programs to further improve their creative knowledge).
⭕ Mike is not up-to-date on the changes of the market/trends.
🔴 Since we test fast, our team constantly receives feedback, so we know what’s up (what currently works and what doesn’t).
⭕ Mike doesn’t have the time to devote himself to creative design.
🔴 Our creatives team can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals because that is their area of expertise. (They live and breathe creative conceptualization and creation.)
My point?

It’s important to have a team that has your back, especially one that plays a major role in your business.
Because I get it.

As business owners, we’re busy optimizing, scaling, and putting out fires.

So having a team that focuses on such an important part of the business (that we can’t give our full attention to) can literally be the difference of MILLIONS of dollars every year.
For Mike, that’s having a team to come up with creatives for his campaigns
