The main updates in this version are: Modularized the code into 6 independent modules, User can develop customized module based on their own business scenario.

User can easily deploy new blockchain with customized modules, currently, 6 modules support customization: consensus module, crypto module, chainbase module, framework module, protocol module, and actuator module; Added a new event subscription trigger for the solidified block;
Add new HTTP API “gettransactioninfobyblocknum” and “broadcasthex”; Add new RPC API “GetTransactionInfoByBlockNum”.
This version is a Non-mandatory upgrade, nodes can decide whether to upgrade to 3.7 by themselves.
