If you, like me, haz PTSD or a non-PTSD healthy crisis response that makes you unable to eat, take it from this cancer survivor: you must eat. Smoothies are the answer for me. YMMV.
I made one I’m grudgingly choking down now (my man loves his and says it’s delicious) which contains oats, kefir I brewed, kale, jackfruit, pineapple, cherries, raw honey, salt. Frozen produce FTW. It’s making me feel good.
Let me tell you, when I do finally get an appetite, I eat like a golden retriever
