@WhoWouldWin13 Batman does have superior H2H combat training (having mastered 126 different disciplines), though he doesn't have the hiller instinct that Deadpool has. He does however have a far greater range of weaponry, his gadgets being numerous and very handy in combat. Based on both
@WhoWouldWin13 characters' history, Batman is seemingly older and no doubt more experienced than Deadpool.

Their strength level is roughly the same, with Deadpool being able to readily lift 1000 pounds, while Batman can bench 1100 pounds for several reps and hold a thousand pounds above his
@WhoWouldWin13 head. However, Deadpool seems to be faster, capable of dodging bullets at close range (even when the bullet is only inches from his face). This is reminiscent of Harley Quinn when she first attained her physical enhancements, being able to run circles around Batman and even
@WhoWouldWin13 Joker (who is faster than Batman. This is one reason why Joker is such a formidable opponent for Batman). Indeed, its possible that the reason why Batman beats Harley Quinn so often is because either her mania keeps her from utilizing her speed to the fullest potential, or she
@WhoWouldWin13 can actually beat Batman easily and is pulling some kind of unusual twisted Joke (Joker hinted that he had done the same to Batman during an fight where Joker proved far, far faster than normal).

Something tells me that Deadpool wont have this problem.
@WhoWouldWin13 We also have to consider Deadpool's healing factor, which might make him wake up from being KO'd faster than a normal person. Batman wont go for the kill, but he might try to KO Deadpool (and he definitely has the fighting capability (and the punching power) to do so).
@WhoWouldWin13 Batman could try to tie him up...but Deadpool has several teleportation devices on him which could enable him to escape such situations.

Batman is far smarter, for sure, and he often wins even against superhumans, but he also has the tendency to loose or tie a first fight with
@WhoWouldWin13 a new opponent, and its not impossible that Batman could back off or the fight stop without a clear victor, which would enable Batman to go back to the Bat Cave and figure out a way to take down Deadpool. eventually, he could do that.

But in an initial fight...
@WhoWouldWin13 DEADPOOL TELLS BATMAN THAT BEN AFFLECK PLAYED HIM IN SEVERAL MOVIES!
