May I interest you in the one of the most unknown yet delicious and easy culinary tricks there is to help keep you distracted and stocked full of tasty beverages during all of this self-isolation?
Start with some citrus. Lemons are classic but orange, grapefruit, Bergamot, etc all work well. 
Peel the citrus* and toss in six ounces of white sugar, cover with plastic, and step away. That's it. *Avoid lime peel here as the results will be too bitter.
Come back in 24 hours to see...a syrup made entirely out of the citrus oil in the peels! I cannot underestimate how ethereally delicious this is.
Bonus points: because the syrup is all fat and sugar you can add any spices with particularly fat soluble compounds in with the sugar at the beginning to extract all of those flavors, too. Good cinnamon is one of my favorites.
Finish things up with 6 oz of the juice of the peeled citrus (ideally you'll have an acidity equivalent to lemon juice; I supplement orange juice with lime juice to get a good balance) and 12 oz of strong tea (I used herbal because I don't need to stay up all night).
Top with sparking water and enjoy as is for the best citrus-ade you've ever had, or if you enjoy alcohol add your favorite spirit. Conveniently this amount of base is perfectly complemented with 750 mL of a base spirit (might I recommend rye or tequila) and 1 L of sparking water.

Oh, I forgot! Don't throw those peels away afterwards! While still a bit wet toss them in sugar and throw them into a low oven for an hour or so. A sweet, astringent snack with a good chew.
