The spike protien which leads to virus binding itself to human cells & replicating itself with human cells. HCQ reduces cellular bio synthesis of protien, RNA or DNA. CQ also affects viral replication by inhibiting viral gene expression.

CQ has an ability to change the
pattern of glycosylation in HIV-1 gp120 envelope during In vitro and in vivo tests. CQ also inhibits the replication of the HIV virus in CD4 + T cells.

Both CQ and HCQ are weakly alkaline bases and affect the acid vesicles causing the dysfunction of enzymes required for post-translational protein
modifications.

These drugs increase the pH of acidic vesicles, cause disruption of several enzymes like acid hydrolases & lead to inhibition of the post-transcriptional modification of newly synthesized
proteins.

The Wuhan CoV (COVID-19) S-protein shares an almost identical 3-D structure in its RBD domain with SARS-CoV S-protein. Although relatively weaker than SARS-CoV, the Wuhan CoV S-protein has a strong binding affinity to human ACE2 receptors.

Hence, the Wuhan CoV poses a significant risk for human transmission due to the S- protein–ACE2 binding pathway like SARS-CoV.

In a recent trial using HCQ as a single drug and HCQ in combination with azithromycin, the proportion of patients with negative PCR results in nasopharyngeal samples had a significant difference between the two groups.

At day six post-treatment, 100% of patients treated with HCQ and azithromycin combination had been virologically cured compared to 57.1% in patients treated with only HCQ and 12.5% in control group. Even Indian Doctors studies this combination is useful in treating COVID-19.

Now the question arises earlier SARS COV didnt have that spike protien usually present in viruses like EBOLA or HIV present in Chinese Coronavirus 2019. Well i have this was bio engineered virus for research on Bats in Wuhan labs who are good vectors of this viruses.

It is reported that many Bats urinated during trials on the scientists in Wuhan Labs. One of the scientists contracted it & since its asymptotic for days it spread outside from him. A biological research gone wrong & world must make China pay for this.

There are research papers on origins of Novel Coronavirus from Chinese researchers themselves which were taken down. And then there is one scientist who was main researcher in Wuhan virology lab on Coronaviruses & Bats called Bat Woman. She has backed HCQ as cure for COVID-19.

And this is where the story begins when Trump threatened China with dire consequences on Huawei access to Tech Supply Chains & Financial System. If it doesnt clean on COVID-19 & stops supply of APIs or Medicines. That is when the call with Xi happened & he dropped Chinese virus.

China’s hand was forced to reveal everything. And as destiny would have it, India is the country that still produces HCQ medicine in Bulk as Malaria still exsist in our land while in West it isnt much prevelant. China’s faltering has become a golden opportunity for India.

The left liberal media wont tell u the true story coz for the China is a victor and see Trump loose even if that means a million deaths. They add as active vehicle to disinformation campaign planting theories like China crashed world economy deliberately or US Army theory.

The above paper is also a Chinese paper by the way. Now just like in Malaria where the parasite attaches with RBC and start eating Hemoglobin. HCQ used in Malaria treatment is used works in same way on COVID-19 its ability to bind to DNA & work on Hemoglobin in RBCs.

Also HCQ being advanced version of CQ lowers pH which can interfere in replication of the virus. Along with is used Azithromicin which is used to treat pneumonia & treat respiratory tract infections. HCQ & AZM is used in severe cases & where early detection of virus is possible.
