THREAD: Dr Jeffrey Macdonald, the former Army surgeon convicted of the triple homicide of his family, subject of the book and movie franchise “FATAL VISION” is INNOCENT, and the victim of judicial misconduct. Almost every prosecutor who touched this case has been disbarred or
disciplined. Some of these government lawyers made appearances in the investigations of President Trump. -background: Macdonald’s wife and two daughters were stabbed to death in the early morning hours of February 17th, 1970. This is when the most critical, and underreported,
failure in the case occurred. Military Police Officer Kenneth Mica, dispatched to respond to the emergency that morning, observed a woman standing in the rain, wearing a floppy hat, a raincoat, with shoulder length hair. His exact words: “What the hell is she doing here at 330
in the morning?” But he was unable to investigate-he was responding to the emergency at Macdonald’s home. Upon arriving there, at 544 Castle Drive Fort Bragg, a wounded Macdonald described the assailants: three men and a BLONDE WOMAN In A FLOPPY HAT. Officer Mica immediately
told his supervisor about the person he observed less than a mile from the crime scene. Yet NOTHING was done. The supervisor, overwhelmed by the carnage at his first murder scene, failed to send a patrol to seek out the person MICA observed. MICA’s superior later attempted to
CONCEAL this crucial evidence, ordering him to CHANGE his account. Of all the tens of thousands of pages of evidence and testimony, this is the most crucial part of the story. Later, Helena Stoeckley, who fit the description of both MICA and MACDONALD, would confess to her
family, the media and law enforcement that she had been present at the murders and Macdonald was innocent. Yet rogue government lawyers and a biased judge managed to keep this from the jury. 50 years since the murders, Macdonald sits in federal prison in Maryland. So many
have exploited both the accused and the victims. An upcoming series by FX and @JasonBlum will no doubt be entertaining—but likely an inconclusive sideshow. In a bizarre “coincidence” in 2015, when @realdonaldtrum was a candidate, he tweeted a picture of Macdonald in uniform for
a pro-military message. Trump was mocked for the mistake. It may not have been in error. Love Trump or hate him, he has a near superhuman ability to sense energy, strengths and weaknesses. Macdonald, a wrongly convicted man, deserves freedom NOW. @AlanDersh who assisted with
Macdonald’s appeals over the years, joins me tonight on NEWSMAX at 7pm.

ATTENTION: ALERT-ALERT. I'm about to "spill the beans" about the Top Gun Movie. READ NO MORE if you haven't "seen it"--so TOM is into this Jennifer Connelly who is smoking HOT and owns a bar. Clearly, they've got somethin' "goin on" but it's pretty Casual. But then,Tom (cont'd)
Tom shows up at the bar where she works in his DRESS UNIFORM near the end of the movie, before TOM flies off for the Big Mission. It's like from "Officer and a Gentleman" -here's my BEEF: it's never explained why Tom got all dressed up to visit The Bar, the only plausible (contd)
Explanation is that he's gonna proposers. BUT ALLS THEY DO is make out a bit, and we can see here ring finger and there's NO RING. What the FUDGE? What the hell is he waiting for ? Jennifer Connelly meets hot fly boys and girls at that Bar all the time, how is it that TOM thinks
Ok. So to recap —On January 6th-electoral votes are submitted on Capital Hill—-the President of the Senate, who is actually Vice President Pence, counts those electoral votes. The counting can be stopped for a time if a US Representative and a US Senator submit an objection in
writing. Then all kinds of things can happen —much of it outlined in the Electoral Count Act of 1887. So far, at least two members of the house have promised to raise objections, Jim Jordan of Ohio and Mo Brooks of Alabama. No Senator that I know of has promised to formally
object. So I’ve written emails to dozens of them asking them to do so. Sending emails is tricky because the system seems designed to keep us away from directly contacting holders of high office. And I don’t trust this silly “fill out this online form” to send
