Very simple ingredients...

I just couldn't leave Dodo out of this equation 😩.
All the salt & stock Cubes is unnecessary..

use the noodle seasoning if you want.
Don't cook the noodle for too long so it won't get soggy.

I used about 4 eggs for 2 pack of noodles.. You can use more.
Add all your favorite topping.. Chicken, beef stripes, fish.. If you like sef, add Ponmo 😂

You can transfer to the oven to steam or leave on the gas top.

Remember to use Low heat.. So it won't burn fast.

If you like your stew thick & Rich with Some Popping colours without Tomato paste, then make sure you use some fresh, Red & Juicy Tomatoes & Pepper.

Use enough chilli pepper/Tatashey for colour & thickness.
Boil the meat. Don't use too much spices so it won't over shadow the Goat Meat Flavour.
