I didn't believe this at first, but Whitmer's order does indeed require stores to shut down their gardening and planting sections.

People don't understand why they can buy a board game but they can't buy the stuff to grow food for their family.
Whoever leads the black market for seeds in Michigan, hit me up.
Governor Whitmer's order also prevents the purchase of car seats, which are both required by law and now apparently non-essential.
