If your Bernie post-mortem isn't acknowledging that the Democratic establishment spent 3+ years hyperventilating about Russia & then using it to both sideline (e.g. protests for Jeff Sessions, not M4A) & taint Bernie's agenda (e.g. Nevada vote eve), you're missing something big.
I suspect that a big reason Russiagate isn't being grappled with is because too many progressives got duped into peddling it, or intimidated into not pushing back on it. But we can't just ignore it now.
Here's one e.g. Post-Mueller report, editor in chief of a major outlet claimed Mueller found "plenty of evidence of this kind of soft loose type of collusion." Outlet wasn't NYT, WP, Atlantic, or Mother Jones. It was adversarial, progressive The Intercept.
