Fed. judge grants TRO blocking Louisville Mayor's order that prohibits drive-in church services on Easter. scribd.com/document/45599…
Here's a bit of the Free Exercise analysis.
A footnote in the TRO notes that although the order is limited to this particular church's Easter services, Louisville is on notice that it should not be violating the rights of non-parties.
Judge also finds that the church would also succeed under Kentucky's RFRA.
The judge closes the decision with an exhortation to treat each other with love.

This thread is info-wars level garbage, and you people retweeting it credulously should be ashamed of yourselves.
Quite simply, if you think that the government is purposely inflating the death count to justify social distancing, you need to walk away from this website and get a little perspective.
All you guys treating this outbreak as some sort of partisan test are ignoring the mountain of dead bodies in Spain, Italy, France, Iran, etc.

I mean, I guess you could pretend that the U.S. gov't has invented the deaths there, too.

I see journalists going a bit bonkers about pestering governors that don't have state-wide stay-at-home orders.

They should note, however, that even in those states, all schools are closed, all nonessential business are closed, and gatherings of more than ten people are banned.
Like, sure, get all huffy about no stay-at-home. But let's not make the opposite error of portraying these places as simply ignoring the outbreak.

I'm talking mostly about political journalists, who are being pretty sloppy about this.
Just because there isn't a stay-at-home order doesn't mean it's business as usual. Your readers deserve better than this, journos.

This is absurd. Hunter Biden knows nothing about Trump's abuse of foreign policy to benefit himself, nor did he have anything to do with Trump's obstruction of the investigation.

The GOP is grasping at straws bc they know Trump is guilty.
And, btw, just as Trump's use of foreign policy to benefit his reelection at the expense of an political opponent was a grotesque abuse of power, the Senate GOP's decision to use these impeachment proceedings for the same corrupt purpose is a grotesque abuse.
Republicans are not only unwilling to admit the obvious—that Trump used foreign policy to disadvantage his political opponent—the Senate GOP is ratifying that abuse of power by committing it's own domestic variant.
