Tamil Nadu government has extended the curfew for another 15 days.What was the outcome of 21day curfew? Has Corona Virus vanished?Why an extension of 15 more days?

It is the State Government's duty & responsibility to make the people understand that we are still in control(1/16)

of Tamil Nadu in the second stage,as the corona continues to make its claim to the world.People have cooperated with the request of the government. When the Government orders People not to leave the house for another 15 days,it is natural that questions will be raised as to(2/16)

what was the benefit of not leaving the house for 21 days? It is the duty of the state to make it clear. Otherwise people may get tensed and nervous.

Till date, the number of victims in Tamil Nadu is 1173, out of which 1058 have an history of travel to the Tablighi (3/16)

Jamat's Conference and have been infected by their contacts. Of the remaining 115, 16 are doctors and health workers. Many of the remaining 99 have travelled from Delhi on the 23rd and 24th in flights, and just days before, the Southern Railway had mentioned that persons(4/16)

participated in Tablighi Conference travelled to South India by various Trains. It is not known whether,People who were infected during these travels were included in the Contacts of Tablighi Jamat Members.

One person died in Coimbatore on the 8th. It was revealed that his(5/16)

5.wife and daughter were on an Indigo flight from Delhi on the 24th. He died before going to a government hospital for examination. Four including his family members were infected yesterday after this death.

Many foreigners traveled to India during the Period also seem to (6/16)

6.have this infection. Apart from them, some Indians traveled from other countries and their relatives also have been infected. It has been confirmed that some people have contracted the infection from someone who works in the Phoenix Mall.While the Tamil Nadu Police(7/16)

has said that they are yet to find 20% of those who attended the Tablighi Conference,it is definitely a major worry and concern as to how and when they will be identified. In fact further more trouble will arise in identifying their contacts.

In this Situation I strongly (8/16)

feel & request people not be get restless by the increasing numbers.The Government has to be very transparent in its communication to make People understand that more than 90% of the Spread of Virus in Tamil Nadu was due to the infection from the People who participated in(9/16)

the Tablighi Jamat's Conference&assure with confidence that the social spread of the Virus has not happened in Tamil Nadu due to the efforts by the State Gov't with the excellent cooperation of the people of Tamil Nadu. This will create a great Confidence in People that(10/16)

we haven't gone to the third stage.This will help the Government to get more support from the Public during the extended Lock down period.

While It is true that no criticism should be made about the Tablighi Jamat's Conference or Participants as it is their right.But they(11/16)

need to cooperate with the state Government in this critical situation.Those who had attended the conference had gone to various towns & villages in the state for Preaching their faith would have visited hundreds of Muslims only,they should also understand that they would(12/16)

have carried the infection where ever they went and that will be a disaster for their own community. It is the need of the hour that they should come forward for testing and treatment.The Muslim organisations should cooperate with the Gov't to get all those infected with(13/16)

symptoms and those are asymptomatic also.Only by transparent and open admissions this issue can be solved and they should not think or take it as if Muslims are targeted communally. It is high time that the Opposition Parties refrain from doing vote bank and appeasement (14/16)

Politics that will be endangering the lives of several lakhs of People.

Although the state of Tamil Nadu is very well-controlled by not letting Corona to the third Stage, the government needs to intensify the identification of the infected people and act with (15/16)

transparency on the spread of the infection so that people will cooperate with the government without fear and confidence.
