Illness is the body’s way of responding to imbalance within and it is essential to your survival when you’ve created an internal wasteland.

Everybody thinks their problem is that they need to take IN more of something when your body is screaming let more OUT.
Get a fever, take a pill to stop it.
Get a cough, take a pill to stop it.
Get a running nose, take a pill to stop it.

The body is attempting to purge, but bc somebody told you your job is to “fight” illness you do nothing but suppress what it’s trying to release.
Doing this not only hinders proper elimination but creates congestion in the body, which hinders proper absorption.

So you can OD on all the supplements you want, it doesn’t mean a damn thing if your body can’t absorb and properly use any of it.
Any kind of cold, flu, viral, or bacterial infection is a positive.

Until you go and add more poison (via food/medicine/fear) to stop an already sick body from eliminating waste.

This is why, yes, depending on how compromised your system already is, a cold can kill yo ass.
But it’s not the cold itself killing you.

It’s because you have hindered your body’s natural ability to respond.

Drink alcohol faster than the body can filter it out and that’ll kill yo ass too.
The point is to realize you & your body are on the same team.

Your body has never needed a manual to keep you alive so no, you don’t know more than it does.

Trying to fight it is a guaranteed L.

Disharmony is what ushered in illness, so it damn sho won’t usher in wellness.
