If you take any food tips from me, try this amazing breakfast. I’ll tell you what’s involved.
I prep meals of 100g of ground beef with a veggie and mushroom stir-fry. I put these meals it in the freezer. I usually make enough to last about two weeks.
In the AM, I cook 2 whole eggs with 1 cup of egg whites. I usually mix with fresh spinach. At the same time, I’m warming up the beef and veggies in the microwave (2:30). It’s timed perfectly. When the eggs are done, I just mix them into the meal prep box.
Once that’s done, I run two Ezekiel Gluten Free English Muffins under the faucet for a second, to moisten them up. I put them in the microwave for 1:30. At the same time, I’m adding a whole avocado to the eggs and veggies and beef.
Top it all off with Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Ready to eat and enjoy.
