Basically what you have here is Fox reporting a story that anonymous Trump administration officials have told them, with no new evidence provided, and without even the most cursory effort to cross-check the assertions.

Until there's more than vague anonymous claims to Fox and old SBU cables being leaked to an opinion columnist (and not even published in full), the balance of evidence remains heavily on side of zoonotic origin, not lab origin.
