Just in: The judge has denied Roger Stone's latest attempt at getting a new trial. Stone had argued that a juror was biased (he unsuccessfully tried before to get a new trial for juror-related reasons) — the judge wasn't convinced. Stone has 14 days to file an appeal

Jackson: "...the Court finds that the foreperson did not answer questions falsely on the questionnaire or during voir dire, she did not engage in misconduct during the trial, and the defendant did not use diligence to discover the information present in his motion."
