hello! okay let's start with disclaimer hehe. i am no pro on this nor am i staff of one of these courier company ke apa. i am sharing only on things yg i tahu serba sedikit about the simple processes, after been using these courier company services for around 2-3 years++

I'm focusing on these three sebab they're my personal fav and antara yg offer pocket-friendly cost with less hassle.

Ok let's start with POSLAJU first, the pioneer.
1. POSLAJU
Nak pos guna poslaju ni basically u boleh pergi dekat the post office; either POSLAJU or POS MALAYSIA. Pos malaysia is the mom, so u can also get access to poslaju services there.

Ada dua yg i biasa guna. The first one is *Prabayar/Prepaid*
U pegi je dekat counter and cakap dekat akak/ abg counter tu u nak beli plastic prabayar. The cost you'll be paying dah cover postage + plastic cost sekali.
Prabayar ni price dia depends on
✅ semananjung/ sabah sarwk

Price starts around RM8 sm and RM12 ss for a S-sized prepaid flyer. Tapi skrg tgh ada promo 20% sepanjang RMO so price starts around RM6 sm & RM10 ss
Plastic ni dah ada satu layer bubblewrap dekat dalam dia.

And nanti dah siap packing barang u can just drop dekat poslaju counter or mana mana Ezibox near u. Pilih "Drop off"

Ok the other choice is guna poslaju *postpaid* or commonly known as *timbang*
Yg ni u beli dulu postpaid flyers dekat kaunter, around 20sen> for satu keping. Ni belum include postage cost. And takde bubblewrap.

Baru bayar harga postage. Postpaid ni harga depends on sm/sm & berat dia.
Contoh barang u besar tapi ringan, beli je plastic size besar, harga still ikut berat.
For me, kalau barang u slightly berat tapi kecik better guna prepaid, kalau ringan better postpaid sebab lgi murah😋

2. J&T EXPRESS
Ok this one, awal awal dulu memang Malaysia's top fav after poslaju start buat hal. But wait lemme go to harga etc etc dulu
For J&T, kalau yg pemalas nak balut barang macam i dulu, this might be on your first list. Sebabbb nak pos barang dekat J&T ni u need to

Cuma, price postage J&T ni slightly mahal compared to poslaju
If u pos barang from/to selain kl-selangor, price starts from rm8.50 for 0.1-0.5kg. RM10.50 1-2kg dan seterusnya.
Within Kl-Seangor - rm8.50 0.5-1kg

But if u nak pos barang liquid to sabah sarawak, j&t got strict policy on that.
U kena sign the forms etc etc, sebab barang j&t ke sana dorang guna domestic flight so u know la kan kalau flight ada strict policy on liquids
Hence, kalau nak pos liquid, better guna poslaju/ninja

3. NINJA VAN
Honestly dulu i takut nak guna ninjavan sebab tak famous unlike poslaju/ j&t hehe tapi sejak sejak rmo ni i toggle on ninjavan courier choice and walaweh, boek!!
Harga postage ninjavan almost as the same as j&t, but i think they care better for the items and cust

Personally, dari segi mudah nak prepare barang untuk postage, i prefer J&T. And J&T bukak & operate everyday. Delivery pun laju 😋
Kalau dari segi kecekapan untuk delivery, i would say NINJAVAN is the best. Tapi downside, they don't operate on weekend.

I fobia sikit (or banyak juga) dgn poslaju. Kalau barang hilang ke apa so far susah nak track and dapat balik.
J&T and Ninja put extra care on your parcel dari segi tracking etc etc. not to mention latest viral posting on j&t punya handling the parcel poorly, maybe itu certain

tempat yg ada staff yg problematic.
But issues are rising esp musim RMO ni. Most courier staffs are overworked and some even are underpaid. Barang semua overloaded dekat hub and branch.
We as customers should be more understanding of them, but if dah terlalu lama parcel u

Stuck dekat mana mana or tak dapat nak track, please contact their customer service hotline during office hours.

Prepaid ninja means u kena topup your ninja account. Then place order (key in detail cust semua tu). And u kena pack siap siap the items. Pastu boleh drop off/ request ninja pickup hehe 🙏🏻
