Rockefeller's COVID-19 testing and surveillance plan includes a "Covid Community Healthcare Corps" for contact tracing. Presumably they intend to roll out a low-wage jobs program compelling desperate people to spy on their neighbors. rockefellerfoundation.org/national-covid… 
When you get tested they’ll load information about everyone you know into a massive database. Significant that this process is described, not as private or anonymized, but as “privacy-centric.” In other words, not private.

While working for Bill Gates, Shah concocted the International Finance Facility for Immunisation, a swindle that leverages the bond market to get Global South countries on the hook for huge vaccine purchases that inevitably supplant needed primary care.
