High Density Living Consultation by TH Council
The Council have written (pre-Covid19) a planning document to guide future high density planning applications which they are consulting on now, ends Friday

2. Ventilation & filtration of air critical
3. Surfaces touched by humans - can we avoid, stainless steel commonly used for door handles for example, finger print sensors etc

Went around the Isle of Dogs 1-2pm to observe
Good news is that vast majority observed rules
But a small minority maybe 60 people (population 40,000) were not but even they mostly observed some social distancing except along Thames river path & eastern end Millwall dock

8 teenage boys & girls decided this was good time to swim in Millwall Outer dock from old bridge, as well as large number of people in CRT park at eastern end, same as Thursday, reported 101
Out of sight of main road, easy to hide!

Main problem again was Thames river path
Too many people unable to stop or slow or divert their route to avoid others, too many within 2 meters
I think that path needs some intervention to reduce numbers at weekends @TowerHamletsNow from pier to Sir John McDougall park

An example of a 5G conspiracy theory post
Somebody put on Facebook a post 1st pic saying 2 new 5G towers had appeared overnight by Billingsgate fish market
Which is odd as I took the 2nd picture on the 11th October 2019 of illegally parked cars with 2 masts/towers behind them!

Google street view confirms two masts from at least April 2017, so did not appear overnight as claimed
@VodafoneGroup got planning permission to install three new 4G masts at this location June 2016 so not 5G

Furthermore, if you check Vodafone page this location has very poor 5G connectivity as at today
vodafone.co.uk/network/status…
But good 4G connections so it looks as if the masts have not been upgraded yet by Vodafone
So somebody looked out of their window & for 1st time saw masts
