The way that you can tell that Trump has absolutely no plan to even think about making a unified national plan for coronavirus is the way he keeps pitching to miracle cures. His whole plan is “something happens and it goes away all by itself.”
“Does he really believe that putting disinfectant in the lungs is a cure?” is the wrong question.
