For 3 yrs we've had a debate about whether people should remain in the admin to try to counterbalance Trump's insanity or they should speak up/resign to challenge him. If you remain, you validate him & he compounds his abuses. You are part of the problem not part of the solution.
Only those who have challenged him, spoken the truth, have been able to be a true check on him. All the others--from Mattis to Birx and Fauci--for all their good intentions, have been used by Trump to enable more insanity, more damage to the country.
