.concept of “desha sevak” is missing in civil services. The citizen not only suffers, but is blamed for it as well. Root cause of Indians in India being demoralized. It’s not an inherent problem

Standard normal problem we citizens face - naturally when civil servants keep moving every three years to completely unconnected domains, everything becomes a haze. In this world of specialization, this IAS-business is a broken model.
