Dear @chennaipolice_ your Cyber Crime Cell, is acting like a dedicated mercenary of @DrBeelaIAS. The cyber cell's twitter handle @CCBCyberCell which was opened in September 2017 was dormant till this month & suddenly has become abnormally active.
The reason for this newfound josh is @DrBeelaIAS. I am told, she has given a list of 28 twitter handles against whom she wants cases to be registered. Police have contacted all these handles in their DMs and threatened criminal action. A few cases have been registered too.
Most of the tweets are fair & reasonable criticisms well within free speech, guaranteed under constitution. However, @DrBeelaIAS thinks that she is an entitled Empress against whom no criticism can be allowed.
I understand the entitlement of @DrBeelaIAS as she is born in the family of an unimaginably rich IPS officer. But, dear @chennaipolice_ you serve the people and not to any elite princess. I can cite dozens of complaints lying idle in @CCBCyberCell for years together.
Some of the complaints include threat of rape against women in general & several female journalists. None of the fine officers in CCB bothered to take action on these complaints. However, now they work round the clock to please @DrBeelaIAS
Some of the female journalists, stopped bothering to file complaint, and lost all hope on @CCBCyberCell. I know how the force is stressed due to the workload during this pandemic. But, still @CCBCyberCell dedicates its officers exclusively for @DrBeelaIAS 's complaints.
Dear @DrBeelaIAS madam. You are not god. You are just an IAS officer drawing your salary from taxpayers' money. Your entire career is mired in controversy including your present stint. Do not think that you are going to remain as Health Secretary permanently.
Bouquets & brickbats are part of any public service. When you enjoy accolades that come in your way, you should also be prepared to face criticisms. I agree sometimes the criticisms are harsh and stinging. But that's public life. As a civil servant, you have to face it.
If you can't handle criticisms, seek a transfer from @CMOTamilNadu to some non-sensitive post, which I believe would be made instantly given the mess you have created in Health Department. When you are delighted to see fame like this 👇you should also face criticisms. 
Not everyone is dumb to believe the illusion you are creating that you are THE most effective officer who can save TN from this pandemic. People do talk madam. Your peers are watching the mess you are creating everyday helplessly, including Health Minister.
@DrBeelaIAS madam, kindly stop abusing your official position to threaten, bully, and harass your critics. Don't assume that you can bully everyone and silence them. Instead of dedicating your time to watch social media, please do some useful work & do justice to your salary. 🙏
