Dan Kelly, the Walker-appointed, Trump-endorsed Wisconsin Supreme Court justice who lost the April 7 election, will hold office through July 31. Today, he announced that he's un-recusing himself in the WI voter purge, which was previously deadlocked 3-3.

Because we defeated Kelly on April 7, the voter purge will take place before Kelly's term ends on July 31, which means we'll have time to work with purged folks to get them re-registered and eligible to vote on Nov 3.
