Scoop 1: A purported data-connectivity/cybersecurity company called FloLive:
a) has the same principals as Circles (Boaz Goldman and Nadia Ropleva)
b) was owned by the same corporate entity as Circles
c) have numerous shared employees
d) have a facebook pic of staff together

Circles is an NSO Group affiliate that has tools to hack civilians and track their location, read their messages, emails, and listen into their calls covertly. Their tech has been sold to Ecuador, Mexico, UAE, and elsewhere.
FloLive and Circles are also both managed by the same man in Cyprus, Andreas Koutsos. Circles told me "there is no affiliation or connection between Circles and FloLive that we know of.”

Scoop 2: Circles, the NSO Group affiliate, has a trademark and a router approved in the US. In their lawsuit against WhatsApp, NSO Group says they have no nexus to the US.

Here's the trademark that I exclusively acquired. 
Scoop 3: Circles (and thus NSO Group) has an ACTIVE Delaware LLC. I got the documents showing the incorporation. Circles says "this registered subsidiary has no business activities.” However, records show that the company has kept the Delaware active every year since 2013.
Scoop 4: Circles is owned by OSY Technologies, another name for NSO Group. The managers for OSY include Omri Lavie and Shalev Hulio, former members of the Israeli military’s Unit 8200 involved in the collection of signals intelligence. Michael Flynn advised OSY in 2016-2017.
The US trademark is for "radio devices, namely, apparatus comprised of electronic wireless communications receivers and transmitters for gathering intelligence and tapping into or intercepting targets’ wireless, telephone, computer, and internet communications..."
