About sexual consent:

1. The other person can change your mind any time even during the act

2. Consent to kissing does not mean consent to other acts, be clear on what you want

3. That they "came to your house" is not consent

4. Don't take the consent of an intoxicated person
"No" is never a "Yes" there's nothing like Nigerian girls say "No" when they mean "Yes"

Wearing revealing clothing is not consent

The other person wants to participate and aware of what EXACTLY is about to happen

A "Yes" without enthusiasm is not consent
Consent today is not consent tomorrow

Consent of a minor is not consent

Consent is everything!

Consent for one type of sxx is not consent for other types of sxx

Let me make Hepatitis really easy for you to understand

There are 5 types A, B, C, D, E

A- is gotten from contaminated food/water
B- is gotten from contact with blood, semen, vaginal secretion.
C- is gotten from same route as B
D- same as B and C
E- from contaminated water/food
D can't multiply if B is not present already

B can be responsible for liver cancer

B, C, D can lead to chronic infections, infections with A and E are usually not long lasting.

There are vaccines now for types A and B, no vaccines yet for C, D and E
Don't share toothbrushes
Practice safe sex
Wash your hands often
Wash food items properly
Don't share sharps eg clippers
Drink clean treated water from trusted sources.

This month is for Hepatitis awareness.

This is your conscience speaking: The last person you had segz with, did you find out if the person had an STD or did you assume they were "clean" because they post nice pictures on social media.

Condoms won't totally protect you from some STDs o.

Even this kind called warts
One of the commonest STD is caused by HPV that causes cancer of the cervix as well as mouth, throat and anus, a variant causes warts

There are also some STDs that condoms won't protect you from. Especially the ones that require skin to skin contact
The only way you can know for sure is to test yourself and your partner and take steps to prevent these things from happening

Not everyone likes going to the hospital to complain about their sexual health.

There is an app for that now, you can get advice from doctors

The cloth face masks don't protect you from the virus. It protects other people from you.

The idea is to limit the spread of respiratory droplets when they talk, cough etc

If everybody wears one, risk drops

Don't go close to anyone not wearing one, even if you have one on

One research has shown that placing a damp cloth over the face when talking can greatly reduce the distance that respiratory droplets spread from a person.

The idea is that everyone should wear one especially in crowded places while still obeying social distancing rules.
Wash your face mask with soap and water after use if cloth based

Don't use a clothmask twice in a row. Use once, have more than one

DON'T TOUCH THE FRONT OF YOUR FACE MASK

Wearing cloth masks does not give you the license to start getting close to people. Keep your distance
