We run a charitable hospital, charging meager fees to our patients
Ex: our normal delivery rates start at 8000 & LSCS at 12000. It is similar for other departments too.
We find it difficult to run simply b'coz our OPD has come down to 2 digits.

Those idiots who suggest I take a OD facility, do understand this is a charitable hospital. I will not take loans to run it.
We might take loans to provide added facilities but not to run it. If I do it, cost will have to be passed to poor patients. It will become unviable
