In an April 18 broadcast, TV9 claimed that a secret underground tunnel runs through Nizamuddin Markaz.

During the show, images of the tunnel were flashed which the anchors claimed were shot by TV9, yet the footage carried the words ‘सांकेतिक वीडियो’ meaning ‘representational video’.

One of the representational graphic was picked up from a video game.

Photographs of Lucknow Markaz were flashed as Nizamuddin Markaz. That hoarding marked in green is a cyber cafe 'Star Business centre' which is located near Lucknow Markaz. Here is the Google maps link - google.com/maps/place/Sta…

Now, the 'tunnel'.

TV9 showed no evidence that it exists. In fact, its description matched the visuals of the building's ground floor which is essentially a large empty space that leads to the mosque and Saad's room on the 1st floor.

The only 'underground' space is a basement accessible from the ground floor and open for public use. It's an enclosed eating area with two staircases as the entry-exit points. (G2 denotes entry gate 2 of the Markaz building)

TV9 claimed that the tunnel runs beyond the Markaz building to Lal Mahal area. Since the basement is enclosed and the ground floor ends after the kitchen, it's impossible to get to the other side unless...
