This graphic has been blowing through facebook and twitter for a while - of course we don't know the "librarian" (maybe someone will tell me) but then it occurred to me - I work for a library! How many of these do we have?
Turns out we have quite a few! You can browse the spreadsheet that I and Oceanview put together here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…
So, great news - all these books actually exist. (One, "And" by Fay Chivers, is used twice, but what are you going to do.) Publication dates range from 1776 to 2019 with most in the 20th century. (The 1776 book, Common Sense, is probably a 20th century reprint as well.)
Of the 26 unique books listed, 17 have information pages on @openlibrary (our library interface) and 9 can be borrowed immediately. Others are just information links on where to search or buy them.

But they're all real! And that was a silly way to spend 45 minutes.
