BREAKING: @GovMikeDeWine announces $775M in Ohio budget cuts, with most coming to Medicaid, K-12 education and higher education.

The state is not spending a dime (yet) from its $2.7 billion "Rainy Day Fund."
DeWine explained the Rainy Day decision, saying the state shouldn't use this money until it has to.
