The samora machel bridge is a key landmark feature for Tete, Mozambique. I grew up using this route frequently little did i know i will one day marry a lady from Tete. Its almost kilometre long crossing the zambezi river. 
The largest mall is mall of tete which opened its doors in 2017. With a variety of tenants including @Shoprite_SA @Vodacom @PEPstores_SA and other local brands.
Its main airport is Chingozi Airport with direct flights to Maputo, Beira served by @fastjet @flyethiopian_mz & an International flight to Johannesburg serviced by @Fly_Airlink.

Accommodation in Tete ranges from upmarket hotels to budget guests houses. Some of the hotels are tete ferry sun, vip executive Tete, paraiso misterioso, massolossolo lodge, etc. As a visitor always carry mosquito repellent as Tete is blessed with them cause of the Zambezi river.
