Trump's Attorney General is conducting an ongoing investigation into Biden for conspiring with Ukraine to frame Russia for 2016 election interference—and just dismissed the Flynn case on grounds that the DOJ was wrong to investigate Flynn's ties to Russian election interference.
And everyone is out here now acting like the 2020 election is going to be a fair and normal election that we can prepare for in the normal democratic way, and that it is not absolutely fucking clear that Trump is already using the DOJ to influence the 2020 election in his favor.
We can stop talking now about how to ensure the 2020 election remains free and democratic. Because the current President is already using the DOJ to conduct investigations that will help him in the election, and to stop prosecutions of admitted criminals who helped him in 2016.
