From my own research (it's my personal finding ooo), I suggest staying away from the following niches:
Doctors
Dentiata
Chiropractors
HVAC
Gyms and
Plastic surgeons.
Chiropractors and Dentists receive up to 100 emails a day. Yes, you hear me right.
The best niches are the ones that are untapped and untouched by digital markers. Your aim should be finding a niche that people haven't flooded or saturated.

Horseback riding instructors = 12%
Corporate catering = 9%
Boxing Gyms = 7%
Flight schools = 11%
Plumbers who do drain cleaning = 5%
Yacht Charters = 10%
Golf Instructors = 9%
You wanna target dentists, why not go for horse dentists.
