9/ Anyway, say a prayer for the health officials of Alameda County. They are now facing major heat from the biggest (ok, maybe second biggest) social media bully of our time, and no doubt will face lots of incoming from Musk's flying monkeys.
10/ It's all so useless. Nothing will happen in time to help Tesla, and the orders likely will be modified in a short while anyway. Meanwhile, as I have suggested elsewhere, Musk already knows he's going to shutter Fremont within a year or two...
11/ The deal with China, which can make cars better and faster and cheaper than Fremont sealed that deal in 2018. Plus, Musk detests labor unions & environmental regulators.
It would be hilarious if this case were assigned to United States District Court Judge Edward Chen.
