Telegraph reports ‘stay home’ slogan to be dropped for this. I really hope @Keir_Starmer & team consider emergency intervention tomorrow. Because this isn’t just inadequate or incompetent, it’s surely another deadly mistake? Confusing, meaningless, incomprehensible, dangerous
