(1,4) This is one of the hardest days of the year for our family. The idea of "Happy Mothers Day" does not exist anymore. However, it is a day we are reminded of the love that we have from so many. It is a day where I am thankful to so many that you have been there for Jen.
(2,4) On this Mothers day, I want to take this moment to remind our amazing friends and family how much you have lifted us and how much we love you. You have meant more to us than you will ever understand.
(3,4) Jen, no matter what is happening in our home or outside of our home, you always put us first. We know that. We love you!!!

To all of the other amazing moms out there, wishing you all a day of love, peace, happiness, health and a day of reflection.
(4,4) While today is about you, make sure to also take a minute to look at your complete families and to remember that the most important thing in your life is the health and safety of everyone who you love.

(1,3) I was once a @dunkindonuts franchisee. A friend of mine who is still a Dunkin franchisee shared this photo and I want to share it as this is so true. I remember all of the times that we helped with local fundraisers when I was in this business.
(2,3) Just so that everyone understands, the owners of individual Dunkin locations, other franchise restaurants or other local businesses are all members of your community and they are struggling now as well. Keeping the doors open and the lights on is costing them money,
(3,3) but they are doing it as long as they can. Please try to take advantage of these local businesses with your dollars and please let them know that you appreciate them when you do. They could use as much love as possible.

(1,4) I am seeing some comments on social media that I vehemently disagree with. They suggest that if you care more about loss of life than the economy, then the reason is that you must be financially set and so do not have anxiety over this situation.
(2,4) I simply want to call BULLSHIT on that. Those of us concerned about the human loss are concerned because of our humanity. We are concerned because of loss. In my case, I lost my daughter to gun violence and my brother to cancer from 9/11. I live now to help others live.
(3,4) I already know some who have coronavirus and it is a very tough illness. I know many in the first responder communities in New York and elsewhere and it is bad. For those who feel differently than me, that is ok.
