Some advice about mask wearing from someone who does it every day for hours while performing autopsies (which involves physical labor):
1. Find a mask that works for your face, there are different styles
2. Press the nose piece part to your nose & cheeks under your glasses

3. Wash your glasses with soap - cuts down on condensation
4. You can use makeup tape to secure the mask to your face and keep a seal at your nose & cheeks
5. A napkin in the mask can absorb water vapor
6. Top elastic/tie goes on top of your head, bottom at back of neck 😷2
7. The outside of the mask is considered contaminated so take it off by holding the edge
8. If it’s cloth, wash it regularly. Paper masks can’t be washed. Put them in direct sunlight for several hours if you have to reuse.
