We do not know the identity of this CHS.
However, I find it very possible that this eager beaver (eager rat?) could have been former CIA director James Woolsey.
On March 9, 2017, Mike Flynn retroactively registered as a foreign agent
Two days later, on March 11, in an article written by Chuck Ross, James Woolsey claims that he did not hold the position with Flynn Intel Group (FIG) as stated in the company’s contract with Inovo BV.

Later in March 2017, Woolsey tells the Wall Street Journal that in a Sept 2016 meeting between representatives of FIG and their Turkish clients, a plan was discussed to kidnap an exiled Turkish cleric and send him back to Turkey to face charges.

Note that Woolsey says he reported the incident to “several people.”
Did that include the FBI?
The FBI would seem the most logical agency to report such an encounter to, certainly more so than to the Office of the Vice President.
So Woolsey is attempting to distance himself from the Trump campaign and Flynn Intel Group in the same month the Eager CHS turns over intel about the Trump campaign to the FBI.
Woolsey is vague about exactly when he reported his concerns about the meeting with the Turks.
The meeting occurred in September 2016, but he didn’t resign until January 2017.
Why wait?
It’s not entirely clear what the agent meant by that claim. I interpret it to mean the Eager CHS is older, financially secure and probably retired.
Most professionals, middle-aged and younger, are too preoccupied with their careers to take up spying as a hobby.
One reason to like Woolsey as the Eager CHS is that it’s not necessarily a conspiracy theory.
Woolsey could have acted alone simply out of spite, disappointed that he was not offered a position within the Trump administration.
Indeed, when Woolsey announced he was quitting the transition team, he said he did not feel like he was actually advising President-elect Trump.

Woolsey’s stated reason for resigning hints at a possible rivalry with Mike Flynn.
Even though Woolsey was a member of FIG, he and his wife pitched the same Turkish businessmen for the contract the very next day after their meeting with Mike Flynn.

And here is Woolsey’s appearance in the movie.
I've left in Eric Swalwell’s interview so that you may better appreciate what a vile piece of propaganda this is.
For the sake of brevity, I’m leaving out numerous other questionable media appearances by Woolsey.
As Shakespeare wrote in Othello, “Jealousy; it is the green-eyed monster.”
No other reason is necessary to explain Woolsey’s actions.
Jan 5, 2017 is an important date in the unfolding of Spygate. Think about it.
