@ARanganathan72 In 1986, a Japanese professor visited IIT Madras where I was a student. He grabbed a mechanical pencil and read off the "Made in Germany" and told us "In Japan, we would encourage engineering students to ask 'Why don't we know how to make this here? Indians should ask that!'"
@ARanganathan72 That question stayed with me "Why don't we know how to make that?" and I constantly ask engineers at Zoho this question.

@ARanganathan72 I don't allow ourselves excuses like "poor education system" or "government policy" and so on. The relentless question is "why don't we figure out how to make this?"
