- Liquidity support for farmers has already been happening. Just over the last two months. refinancing has also been happening.
- Govt. has permitted states to use SDRF to set up shelters for urban poor. 11cr. was sent for this. 3 meals provided at the cost of central govt. at the Shelters for Urban Homeless during lockdown.
- 12,000 SHGs have produced over 3 cr. masks and 1.2 lac litres of sanitisers
- MGNREGS support to migrants:
14.62 crore person-days of works; work offered to 2.33 cr. wage seekers; average wage increased to Rs.202 from Rs. 182 last FY

In the pipeline: universalising minimum wage; annual health check-ups; defining inter-state migration; expand ESIC
1. Migrants:

1.1) Free food-grain to all migrants for next 2 months: for non-card holders, 5kg/p. rice/wheat & 1kg. pulses for 2 months; expected 8cr. migrants to benefit; 3500 cr. cost
1.2) National portability of PDS cards to avail rations. 67 cr. beneficiaries expected
1.3) A scheme of affordable rental housing for urban poor; incentivising pvt/govt. on PPP mode to build these.

2. Shishu-MUDRA loans to small businesses; interest subvention incentive of 2% on timely repayment. Relief of Rs.1500cr. to loanees.
3. Street vendors: special credit facility worth Rs.5000 cr. within a month, assumed to help 50 lac street vendors (source unclear)

4. For Middle-class:
Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme extended to March 2020, expected to help 2.5lac families, create jobs.
5. CAMPA funds lying in states being approved; proposals worth Rs. 6000 cr. already have come in. (She says this is outstanding anyway so this is only a "special push")

6. NABARD will extend additional 30,000 cr. (added to an already 90k cr. they do annually) for crop-loans.
7. Kisan Credit Cards; 2.5 cr. farmers to benefit from additional credit flow of 2 lac crore. This'll help them get institutional credit at a better rate. Expand scheme to fishermen and animal husbandry farmers.
Q. on the figures of migrants working in state shelters. #FinMin says this detail will be provided from states. It's too early to ask how the money has been disbursed in April.
"As regards migrants who are walking....there's a tug at my heart when I watch this. We are making every SG provide freshly cooked food for them. Even if they're going to shelter, state govt. must be conscious and they HAVE to be providing. It is up to the state governments...
It's for SGs to make the provisions; cook the meal and serve. This provisions has been given to them, also charitable organisations, NGOs, Gurdwaras. Whoever wants to do it. Now I've given this additional dry rations totally free."
