Judge Gleeson says DOJ has revealed *everything* in the Flynn case--everything except transcript of Flynn-Kislyak conversation. That's it! That will prove Flynn is guilty once and for all! 1/4

Problem is: Prosecutors did not allege Flynn-Kislyak talk was a crime. All that Logan Act talk was BS, and they knew it. Alleged crime occurred in Flynn talk with FBI. 2/4
And come to think of it: Has DOJ really turned over *everything* in the case? What about original FBI 302 from that interview? The version before Strzok edits, before Page edits, before re-creation in August 2017? That one. 3/4
Maybe Judge Gleeson will want to see that, too. 4/4 End.

On Sessions recusal: Before making decision, he consulted beyond permanent DOJ bureaucracy, which he knew wanted him to recuse. But others, outside conservative lawyers he trusted, also saw no option other than recusal. 1/9
Sessions still believes he had no choice and recusal was required. Told Trump so in notable fashion on Twitter last night. 2/9
Was recusal really Sessions' only option? Arguable. But fact is, howling Washington mob gets results, demanding investigation, playing to DOJ policies that require recusal. 3/9

@lawfareblog Lawfare says there were good, solid reasons for the FBI to question Flynn on January 24, 2017 because, among other things, Flynn 'offered to undo sanctions imposed against a foreign adversary.' But did he? 2/5
