I ordered a laptop and got a scratched one + It had some user id already created into it already.
Why would you send a A REFURBISHED when I select NEW.
I am paying the amount for a new one and don't deserve this.
@AmazonHelp @amazon I spoke to Amazon Specialist who confirmed that product wad SH!T and in 24 hours there'll be a serious movement. But I haven't heard anything on it. My area is not in a RED ZONE. I have a major assignment submission tomorrow and this is how I planned my order.
