5. Pharmacists are not political in the sense you think. We want what’s going to support our industry. If a doctor wants to prescribe something to a patient and it’s safe, we don’t care! We won’t money! We’re a business!

6. Pharmacists are each governed by a state board, not a federal one! Each state decides their own pharmacy laws. The board makes these decisions to protect the public and our industry.

7. Prescribing any medicine without a diagnosis is unwise. If you don’t have high blood pressure or anxiety, why are you taking a beta blocker. A patient will ask me this. What am I supposed to say “sorry I can’t discuss this with you”
