#Recruiter friends - I will be taping an interview w/ the career services dept one of the colleges I partner with.

I have my opinions but wanted to share a broader view. If you would please share some thoughts on the content that we will be discussing.
2/ Will you and your hiring managers be looking for any new formats or methods of presentation on a resume?
3/ Since face-to-face contact will be minimal, if any, how does a student stand out with traditional career documents like resumes, cover letters, etc.?
4/ Do you think recruiters will begin to use LinkedIn even more? Should students “load up” their LinkedIn profiles? (quantity better than quality?)
5/5 What other methods can a student use to present themselves to recruiters/employers?
