3. Gov refuses to provide backstopping and stimulus to support businesses through a recession;
4. Gov now refuses to oversee testing and health.
5.1 Cha-cha and lifting foreign land ownership rules;
5.2 Disaster cronyism by pushing B3;
5.3 Attacking PEZA and incentives;
5.4 Shifting incentives granting to the sole discretion of the president;
5.5 These are things China has advocated for.
This was mooted by Duterte and some of his cronies previously.
And a devolvement of responsibility for post-pandemic response. Which makes me wonder, are those with 2022 aspirations trying to protect themselves?
How can MSMEs even hope to survive?
We've reached the limits of that strategy. And now, they're not sure what to do.
