Justice Department IG says that two recommendations - prompted by the 2016 Hillary Clinton email investigation - about not talking publicly about non-prosecution and not taking steps that could influence an election remain unresolved.
Justice Department IG also says the government hasn't adopted a policy against publicly "discussing the conduct of uncharged individuals." This was prompted by the @comey press conference in which he said Hillary Clinton wouldn't be charged but publicly criticized her conduct.
